Italy, Germany, Spain, France: Travelers who are traveling exclusively in one of these countries are furnished with local phones with a local number, incoming calls are free. A word of Caution: If these phones are used outside of the selected country, significant roaming charges will apply.
For travelers to multiple Western European countries with a UK phone number, incoming calls are free while in the UK.

Optional 800 service Our "800 number service" allows family and friends to call your rental cell phone without paying high international calling rates. Add $1.00 to incoming rates for calls received through the 800 service.

A $200.00 deductible applies in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the telephone:
requires immediate notification to Roberts Rent A Phone of loss or theft. Renter is
responsible for all calls until Robert's receives notification of the loss or theft.
