| TERMS AND CONDITIONS A) The Client is responsible for the correct use of the equipment and its accessories. B) Roberts Rent a Phone and/or it agents will not be responsible for any liability resulting from termination of service or malfunction of the equipment or accessories or delivery delays to the client. C) Roberts Rent a Phone and/or it agents will not be responsible for problems or failures that may arise in individual networks of countries. This includes but is not limited to dropped calls while using the phone in areas with weak signal strength. D) In the event of theft or loss, the client must immediately notify Roberts Rent a Phone and/or it agents and all relevant authorities. Failure to do so may result in unauthorized calls being charged to this rental. E) Before the rental begins, an authorization from the credit card(s) in the amount of $500.00 for each phone rented. At any time that the phone charges meet or exceed $500.00, the credit card(s) will be charged for the call usage and another card authorization will be requested. F) The prices applicable are the ones applicable at the time of confirmation of the contract. Any payments due are payable at the end of the rental term or monthly if the rental period exceeds 30 days. G) Roberts Rent a Phone and/or it agents reserves the right to check its equipment and to disconnect service at any time and for any reason. H) Roberts Rent a Phone and the Client expressly agree that all disputes out of this contract not administratively resolved by Roberts Rent a Phone shall be resolved applying New York Law exclusively by the American Arbitration Association in New York City, New York. Cost of arbitration and enforcement thereof, including reasonable attorney’s fees shall be borne by the Renter. Note: It is the renter's responsibility to ensure that the Satellite phone is functioning properly prior to departure from the United States. The renter shall complete one (1) Satellite call prior to leaving the U.S. If the test call is not made, the phone shall be deemed operable and the renter will be responsible for all charges. |
